    任何一位既非公民又非定居者的人，要把一筆美金帶入或匯入美國(guó)支付學(xué)習(xí)費(fèi)用的話，美國(guó)政府并不限制這類錢款的數(shù)額，但是，如果轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)（進(jìn)出美國(guó)國(guó)境）的數(shù)額（現(xiàn)款或金融票據(jù)）達(dá)到或超過10，000美金，美國(guó)政府確實(shí)要求有關(guān)人（不論是公民、還是非公民）申報(bào)此事。有關(guān)這類事宜，可與美國(guó)駐本國(guó)國(guó)家的使館的有關(guān)人員商討。
